These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the EasyGetInvoice website at easygetinvoice.com and our URL shortening services ("Service"). By creating an account or using our Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using EasyGetInvoice, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
  • One person may not maintain more than one free account.

3. Service Description

EasyGetInvoice provides a URL shortening service that allows users to create shortened links, track click analytics, and manage their URLs through a dashboard. Different subscription plans offer varying usage limits.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not create short URLs that link to:

  • Illegal content or activities
  • Malware, viruses, phishing sites, or harmful software
  • Spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or deceptive content
  • Content that violates intellectual property rights
  • Pornographic, hateful, or violent content
  • Content designed to harass, threaten, or harm others

We reserve the right to disable any URL and suspend any account that violates these terms without prior notice.

5. Subscription Plans & Billing

5.1 Free Plan

The free plan includes limited URL creation and click tracking. No payment is required.

5.2 Paid Plans

  • Paid subscriptions (Pro, Business) are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis.
  • Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current price, unless you cancel before the renewal date.
  • All payments are processed by Creem.io, our Merchant of Record. By subscribing, you also agree to Creem.io's terms of service.
  • Prices are displayed in USD and include applicable taxes as calculated by Creem.io.

5.3 Plan Changes

You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of the next billing period. If you downgrade or cancel, you retain access to your current plan until the end of the paid period.

6. Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Customer Portal accessible from your dashboard.
  • Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
  • After the billing period ends, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan with its associated limits.
  • URLs created during your paid subscription will remain active but may become inaccessible if you exceed Free plan limits.

7. Refund Policy

  • If you are unsatisfied with our Service, you may request a refund by contacting us at [email protected].
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the initial purchase or most recent renewal.
  • We will review and respond to all refund requests within 3 business days.
  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method via Creem.io.
  • Refunds for annual plans will be calculated on a pro-rata basis for unused months.
  • We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of abuse or violation of these Terms.

8. Usage Limits

Each plan has specific limits on the number of URLs and clicks per month. If you exceed your plan's limits:

  • URL Limit: You will be unable to create new URLs until you upgrade or wait for the next billing cycle.
  • Click Limit: Your short URLs may be temporarily disabled until the next billing cycle or you upgrade.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by EasyGetInvoice. You retain ownership of the content you link to through our Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and redirect your URLs.

10. Service Availability

  • We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
  • We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice when possible.
  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EasyGetInvoice shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EasyGetInvoice from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

13. Dispute Resolution

  • If you have a dispute with us, please first contact us at [email protected] so we can attempt to resolve it informally.
  • If we cannot resolve the dispute within 30 days, either party may pursue formal resolution.
  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which EasyGetInvoice operates.

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your data 30 days after termination.
