5. Payment Processing — Creem.io (Merchant of Record)
We use Creem.io as our Merchant of Record for processing all payments. When you subscribe to a paid plan:
- Your payment details (credit card, billing address) are collected and stored directly by Creem.io
- We do not store, process, or have access to your full payment card details
- Creem.io handles billing, invoicing, tax collection, refunds, and chargebacks on our behalf
- Creem.io's privacy practices are governed by their own privacy policy at creem.io/privacy
6. Cookies
We use cookies for the following purposes:
- Essential Cookies: Session cookies (PHPSESSID) to keep you logged in and maintain your session. These are strictly necessary for the service to function.
- No Tracking Cookies: We do not use advertising, analytics, or third-party tracking cookies.
